Personal Style

With over 30 years of being qualified as a solicitor, and over 25 years of litigation practice behind him, Mark draws on his extensive experience of negotiating settlements on behalf of his clients as well as representing them at mediations. While he has a calm and measured approach, he injects his personality and sense of humour to relax parties while working hard with them to reach a settlement

"An experienced mediator with a blend of charm, humour, thinking "outside the box" and determination to see the parties conclude a successful mediation"
